MX records for google workspace are not automatically set .

DNS records are maintained by the domain registrar for your specific domain.

When using google workspace and not receiving emails, stopped receiving email, it very likely the specific Domain DNS MX records are either not set or have recently changed.

To check this, use the following web tools first, and look for expected MX records under domain in question.

·       https://dnschecker.org

·       https://toolbox.googleapps.com/apps/dig/#MX/

·       nslookup (command line utility, UNIX, Linux & Windows OS)
